Abilene Police spokesman George Spindler has confirmed the Department's Bomb Squad is on its way to Sweetwater to assist the Sweetwater Police Department.

From the Sweetwater Reporter:
Streets were blocked off in front of and behind the United States Post Office in Sweetwater around lunch time on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012. Police officers and sheriff's deputies blocked the streets and talked to postal workers while an engine from the Sweetwater Fire Department stood by. A suspicious package left outside of the Post Office might be to blame. Visit this site for more details as they emerge.

OH Man, I just mailed a couple of bills too. I hope my lights don't get turned off.
