Tonight will be mild and breezy with mostly clear skies and lows only in 50s. On Thursday winds will be gusty out of the west before a cold front plows through the area around dinner time. In advance of that front, temperatures will still warm to well above seasonable levels with highs in the lower 80s expected!

There is a Fire Weather Watch posted for Thursday for the Big Country due to the dry weather, warm conditions, and gusty winds that are anticipated for the region tomorrow. Behind the front on Friday, gusty north, northeast winds will drag in cooler air with highs likely not getting out of the 50s even with mostly sunny skies. - KRBC Chief Meteorologist Mike Cole
