The Scurry County Sheriff's Office is giving you a chance to "outrun the law."

It's all part of a benefit for Darrell Campbell, the police officer injured in a devastating shooting last July.

"Running for the Heroes" will be a 5k run/walk benefiting the Campbell family.

They expect several law enforcement officers to sign up for the race that will take place Saturday, April 21 at Towle Park in Snyder.
