A 14-year-old girl discovered a naked burglar in her Fort Myers, Florida home Wednesday.

Her father and neighbor held the suspect at gunpoint until deputies could arrive.

Skylar Adams was in her bedroom when she heard someone in the kitchen.

She went to the kitchen and saw a naked man leaning into the pantry while holding a bottle of Captain Morgan rum.

"I heard him pick up the phone and call. He made a call saying, I'm down south, blah, blah blah, come get me," she remembered. "Like, who sees that in their house?"

Skylar ran to her mother and father and told them what happened.

Her father, John Adams, was outside and saw the naked man in his front yard.

"He ran out the front door, he dropped into a fetal position right here in front of the pine tree and pretty much whimpered," Adams said.

The next door neighbor, Charles Baker, saw the naked man in Adams' front yard, grabbed his gun and helped Adams hold the man at gunpoint until deputies arrived.

"He was just laying there almost like he was on the beach," Baker said. "We asked him why he was totally naked and he said that he was being chased and he'd gotten rid of his shorts and flip flops so he could travel lighter."

The suspect was identified as Kennan Kluesener.

Deputies didn't arrest him while he was stark naked.

The Adams family put a blanket over him and gave him a pair of shorts to wear to jail.

"It's one of the scariest things I've ever had to experience," Skylar said.

Kluesener was arrested and charged with one count of burglary to an occupied dwelling and one count of petit theft.
