Sure we've all seen the commercials.  But for Apple iPhone users, does their computerized best friend Siri actually get the job done?  We figure we'd put her to the test with a few basic commands.

First up, voice activated phone call.  Within seconds, Siri nails it.

Next test for the phone, some assistance in finding the nearest bank.  Sure enough, accurate directions for a Bank of America down the street.

What about directions to my place of employment, KRBC?  We found our first mistake.  Apparently Siri couldn't decipher the voice command, instead she attempted to locate "CARE B C" studios.

One final question tested her weather prowess.  Sure enough, she nailed it the current temperature.

All in all, Siri seemed to be effective.  Whether it's worth an investment in the phone, that's for you to decide.
