Town Square Media Hosts Career Fair

By: Natalie Ferrari
Updated: February 28, 2012
Despite rough economic times for some Big Country residents, a number of jobs are still up for grabs all across the area.

Town Square Media held their first Career Fair and Expo at the Abilene Civic Center today.

It was a great chance for job seekers to ask a number of local businesses various questions about their company, and for some, a chance at their first job interview.

Many employers rely strongly on new hires from these types of career fairs.

Due to the local job demand, Town Square Media plans to hold the career fair at least twice a year.
