Wylie Boys Knock off Mineral Wells

The Wylie Bulldogs are headed to the Regional Tournament with a 69-55 win over Mineral Wells.

The Bulldogs took thier talents east to Cisco for their regional quarterfinal game against Mineral Wells.

Starting in the first quarter Mineral Wells shot was no good, but there is Hunter Fincher with the rebound and he knocks down the turnaround jumper to put the Rams up by 4

Later in the first, Wylie was down two when Duane Hopper nailed the wide open three to give the dogs the lead by one, Hopper got the fans on thier feet.

Now under 10 seconds to play in the first, Hopper got the fans up again, This time showing his inside game with the nice drive to the basket, and off the window Wylie led by six at the half.

And they would go on to win it by a final of 69-55. Next up for the bulldogs is Dalhart in the regional semi-finals.
