They started as a small restaurant with just two staff members but for fifteen years. SzeChuan has grown to a full size nationally acclaimed Chinese restaurant.
Owner Byron Huang says, "SzeChuan stared from 1996. Me and Kim came from a Chinese kitchen and we worked really hard. We believe we make good food."
When it comes to his favorite award he says, "I tell all the customers I like Abilene and that Abilene is good for me and some customers say, "Byron you're good for Abilene too."
If you want to give SzeChuan a try head to South 1st Street or call (325) 673-9100 to make a reservation. They're open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 9:30pm. They're also open on Sundays from 11:30am to 9:00pm.
