KTAB AM Forecast: Monday, March 5th.

Winds will pick up speed by the afternoon as temperatures warm up to highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Overnight, clouds fill in so that by Tuesday, skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures will be in the lower 70s. 

Winds continue through the mid week as we get some rain and storm chances beginning late Wednesday through early Friday.

Mid 90's today with plenty of sunshine. A comfortable calm and clear evening making it down to near the 70 degree mark tonight. Cracking the 100 degree mark tomorrow afternoon near the record high of 101. The weekend will see temperatures peak near 100 degrees with a slight chance of a thunderstorm at any point Saturday or Sunday. Next week starts off with temperatures in the upper 90's with plenty of sunshine through Wednesday.

There is a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect for all of the Big Country through midnight tonight.  Isolated thunderstorms have the potential to produce large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes.

Tomorrow will be mostly sunny and hot, with highs in the upper 90's.

KRBC AM Forecast: Wednesday, May 15th
As this Wednesday gets underway, the overnight storms are clearing out and the day should begin off mostly clear with a few widespread sprinkles persisting in the NE parts of the Big Country. Today should shape up to be another warm one with temperatures in the upper 80's and a significant chance for some afternoon thunderstorms developing, with the chance of some of them becoming severe.

The Storm Prediction Center has The Big Country in an area with a risk for a "non-severe" thunderstorms tonight. As far as numbers go, I'm going with a 30% chance across the area for showers/t'storms. Remember, some of these could pulse up and reach severe levels, with the greatest concerns being large hail and damaging winds. Tomorrow, we'll have a 20% chance for showers/t'storms, once again.
