It's one of the biggest traditions in March, but when it comes time to fill out your bracket, will you be ready?

The first step is to print off a copy of the bracket, available on ESPN.com.  The next step, is all about Selection Sunday, when the top 68 teams in the country are lined up for their very first tournament game.

"You can expect the tournament to be pretty heavy Big Ten and pretty heavy Big East," explains Big Country Homepage Sports Director David Robinett.

When it comes time to actually start filling in the blank spaces on your brackets, Robinett says the best advice is to get with someone who knows what they're doing.

"Find a lady that you know that pays attention, your husband, boyfriend, whatever that has been paying attention."

The important thing to remember once tournament time starts is that, however unpredictable they are, upsets will happen.

"Upsets are a shot in the dark quite frankly, they don't happen as often as everyone thinks," explains Robinett, "so you're better off not picking that many upsets when you're working through your bracket."

So who does Robinett think will clinch the Championship title this year?

"It's a tough one, Kentucky or Syracuse probably going to be the national champion" he says. "Kentucky has freshman on the team, so that's a bit of an iffy and they dominate, so it's going to be between Kentucky or Syracuse."

The first game of the tournament tips off Thursday, March 15th. Check back with KTAB for full coverage of the games.
