From the Abilene Police Department crime records:

At 11:30 a.m. Monday, Officer Mike McAuliffe took a fraud call from a victim who's identifying information had been used by a male suspect, his brother, during encounters with law enforcement that resulted in traffic citations being issued. The victim reported this incident because he has apparently had several arrest warrants issued erroneously in the victim's name. A report for Fraudulent Use of ID was taken.

At 11:37 p.m. Monday night, officers were dispatched to a disturbance in-progress call at the 2200 block of N. 18th Street. The calling party had notified APD that a known male, who had been warned not to return to the residence, was back at the residence. Officer Chris Volirakis contacted a male suspect who was yelling profanities and causing a breach of the peace. The man was arrested for Criminal Trespass and for Disorderly Conduct. Prior to police arrival, this same male suspect is alleged to have used his vehicle to strike another vehicle.  An investigation for Criminal Mischief continues.

At 11:45 p.m. Monday night, Officer Brandon Scott was dispatched to a disturbance call at a business in the 1800 block of S. Clack Street. The manager of the business had notified APD that there was a man refusing to leave the business and that the man was intoxicated. The man was located outside of the business when officer's arrived on scene. During this contact, the male subject became uncooperative, appeared intoxicated and began to resist arrest, resulting in a struggle. The man struck an officer with his knee and was subsequently arrested for Assault on Public Servant, Resisting Arrest, and for Public Intoxication.
