There will be opposing protests going on today at Abilene's Planned Parenthood Clinic on North Tenth Street.

The 40 Days for Life protest continues to protest the distribution of chemical abortion drugs, and plan to continue their protest through April 1.

An opposing group is scheduled to arrive at the Planned Parenthood facility this afternoon.

The Texas Women's Health Express is touring the state to protest what they call the "disastrous health policies of Governor Perry."

Funding for medicaid coverage of low-income women was reduced during last year's legislative session.
