Ben Parra and KiKi Danielle show the key moves to help you escape an attacker. "Let me throw another statistic at you. It's said that one and three women in their lifetime will be a victim of some type of violent attack. It's kind of scary if you think about it.",explains Parra.
Parra says, "When you're in a situation when you're being attacked or find yourself in a bad situation, we often talk about fight or flight, you wanna put up a fight and not be an easy target."
