The trial of an Abilene woman charged in a shooting incident is now in the hands of a jury.

Final arguments concluded this morning in the trial of Deborah Dearing, who is charged with aggravated assault after shooting a man at her home in October of 2010.

She says she fired a gunshot when the a man who had been acting aggressively barged into her north Abilene home.
