Still trying to get ready for swimsuit season but not sure where to start? One popular fitness center is here to lend a helping hand.

Planet Fitness has it's grand opening in Abilene this weekend and Regional Manager Jason Frick says, "We just like to remind everybody that we are all human. We don't necessarily cater towards body building or power lifting and so we do poke fun at the lunks as we call them sometimes but in all fairness it just means that we want to create a comfortable non-intimidating atmosphere."

"Our memberships start at just ten dollars a month with no commitment with just by a month by month basis. We are fully staffed 24/7 so we have staff members there around the clock to help you which also means our amenities are available 24/7. " explains Frick.

If you need a little help getting in shape this spring, head to Planet Fitness in the Brook Hollow Shopping Center off Barrow Street. Their grand opening is this Friday, for questions the number to call 325.692.2000 and for constant updates you can find Planet Fitness on Facebook.
