ACU Golf: Sullivan Honored With Lone Star Conference Golfer Of The Week Title

ABILENE - Sophomore Trey Sullivan Thursday was selected as the
Lone Star Conference's Golfer of the Week after tying for third place at
last weekend's UST Mamiya Texas Intercollegiate in Fort Worth.
Sullivan, who shot a 4-under-par 140 through two rounds, is ACU's first recipient this season of the conference's weekly laurel.
Sullivan's performance matched his best finish of the year as he also tied for third at the Marjorie Whitney Invitational, and his two-round score was his lowest since shooting a 6-under-par 138 on ACU's home course in the fall.
ACU's golfer return to action in two weeks for the Grand Canyon / Thunderbird Invitational hosted by the Wigwam Golf Resort in Phoenix.
