Original Story:
An Abilene jury is still weighing the fate of a man accused of sexually assaulting a little girl. The jury has been deliberating since 3pm on Thursday.

Mark Aldrete is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a six year old girl.

The alleged incident happened Christmas Day 2007.

On Wednesday, the young girl testified against Aldrete. That young victim, who's now a few years older, confirmed the allegations against him while on the stand.

Aldrete's defense says the girl was abused, but not by their client, and it's not possible to tell who did it.

The judge in this case has ordered the jury to stay until a verdict is reached.
