2 Dead After Comanche County Head-On Collision

Two died after a head-on car crash in Comanche County Friday (3/17) afternoon.

It happened about 4 miles East of Deleon on Highway 6.

The two people killed in the accident were 25 year old Laticia Ramirez from Temple, Texas and 51 year old Javier Olvera from Mexia, Texas.

According to the investigating DPS Trooper, Ramirez was driving westbound on Highway 6 when she crossed into the Eastbound Lane around a curve and struck Olvera's pick-up truck head on.

Both driver's were wearing seatbelts.

No other injuries were reported.
