With an upper level low pressure system sitting right over top of the BC, cooler air has settled in.  Also, shower chances will spin in the region throughout the day.  Most of it should be light to moderate rain with a slight chance for an embedded thunderstorm.  The low will lift to the north taking with it showers and the cooler air.  Thursday will be warmer with some sunshine!
