All this week we've been showing off the best cocktails from around the key city, we've sampled the cactus kiss and the lotus blossom and even a twist off the classic long island.

Today we visited with Chelsea Street Pub Manager Collin Bonnett on why they are the best place in town. "I think what sets us apart is calling your friends getting them to come out and listen to live music ya know just hanging out and having a good time.", explains Bennett.

When it comes to their most popular drinks Bennett says, "Probably a Vegas Bomb or an Alien Brain Hemorrhage...It's something you've got to see just come up to Chelsea's and ask for an Alien Brain Hemorrhage and it might look pretty gross but it does look like a brain."

For live music and great drinks you can find Chelsea's in the Mall Of Abilene. You can also stay up with all of their latest updates and band schedule at their Facebook page.
