Miss Frontier Texas Crowned in Final Phase of Competition

The winner of Miss Frontier Texas was crowned Saturday (3/24) during the last phase of the competition.
The final six contestants wrapped up the competition by taking on the "Chuck Wagon Cooking Challenge," ultimately determining their scores.
The final winner received a four thousand dollar scholarship in addition to a number of oustanding prizes.
The event was started up to serve as a scholarship program for young women enrolled in universities across the Abilene area.
