More counterfeit money has been passed in Abilene.

An employee at Hastings Entertainment on South 14th discovered a fake bill given to them by a customer Tuesday morning.

Several other businesses discovered fake bills being used over the weekend, including a fake $100 bill at Books-A-Million in the Mall of Abilene.

Police say they are investigating, and there is currently no word if the cases are related.
