Abilene Unemployment Rate Drops, So Does Labor Force

Abilene remains more than a percentage point lower than the state average, which saw a slight dip of .4 percent from 7.6 in January to 7.2 in February.
Overall Abilene's civilian labor force shrunk by approximately 1,400 workers in February.
Both Abilene and Texas numbers remain below the national average.
