Add a Pop Of Color To Your Summer Wardrobe

Summer is just around the corner, and already fashion stores are filled with bright colors and fun new patterns.

"If you open any fashion magazine you're going to see the letters POC, or pop of color" says Jessica Jackson, owner of Betty & June Boutique. "Whether it's a great pair of wedges, coral, or starting out with a pair of earrings that are bring green."

Color isn't the only new trend making an appearance in the fashion world this summer, a change to the common hemline is also something to watch out for.

"Asymmetrical hemlines are huge," explains Jackson, she suggests adding variety to your closest with dresses that are shorter in the front and longer in the back.

Finally, there's a new trend in the way of prints hitting boutique shelves as well.

"Prints are all over the place," says Jackson, "Chevron print is the zig-zag print that you'll see."
