If you like puzzles or searching out clues, the Grace Museum has a
special event next week just for you!
The name may leave you scratching your head, but the actual event will have you hunting through Downtown Abilene in search of the "Museum Of The Bench."
"It's called Kcymaerxthaere, and it's this scavenger hunt developed by Eames Demetrios," explains Emerald Cardenas, Director of Marketing and Communications for the Grace Museum.
The idea behind the scavenger hunt, is almost as hard to understand as the name itself.
"Basically Kcymaerxthaere represents this parallel universe," says Cardenas, "so the scavenger hunt that will be taking place all weekend, is taking place in Kcymaerxthaere. You'll be searching for clues in order to find this Museum of the Bench."
The fun kicks off at the same time as Artwalk, Thursday April 12th at 5:30 p.m. and doesn't end until you figure out the final clue.
