Have a Heart? Take a Walk.

This Wednesday marks the American Heart Association's "National Walking Day."

With most people spending more time at work than ever before, National Walking Day promotes a healthy heart by encouraging people to wear sneakers to work and take at least 30 minutes of their time to walk.

Since heart disease is the  number one killer in the U.S., exercising as least 30 minutes every day can reduce your risk.
