A man was indicted by
a Scurry County grand jury on
Monday.
Jason Danule Robinson, 32, of Fluvanna was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The indictment states that on March 8, Robinson threatened to hit Billy Ray Malone with a stick that, in the manner of its use, was capable of causing death or serious bodily injury.
His bond is set at $15,000.
