The Development Corporation
of Snyder board will review
bids for the industrial park roadway
and water system improvements
on Thursday.
Also on the agenda is the review of the declaration of covenants, conditions and deed restrictions of the original industrial park.
After reviewing the information, the board is scheduled to take action.
Directors are also scheduled to discuss funding for Midland Ave. and for the Cinco de Mayo Day celebration.
A closed session is posted for the annual review of Executive Director Bill Lavers as well as to discuss business prospects.
Any action needed from the executive session will take place once the board reconvenes into an open meeting.
Lavers is also scheduled to give his monthly report and the board will approve minutes from the March 6 meeting.
The meeting will be at 7 a.m. in the DCOS board room at American State Bank.
