The Second Annual Abilene Education Foundation Cajun Fest back and this year they expect to exceed last years fundraising which all goes towards helping provide scholarships to graduating seniors in the A.I.S.D.
"This is the best craw fish ever," explains Linda Roark, "it's coming in from Louisiana, it's authentic! It's the real deal."
From shrimp to hotdogs, there's something for even the pickiest of eaters at the event, and the best part is all of the money raised will benefit projects and scholarships within the Abilene Independent School District.
