When thinking of today's weather across the Big Country the word magnificent comes to mind! Sunny skies and temperatures near 80 for early April, just plain awesome might also be a good description.

Your forecast for the Big Country...
Tonight: Mostly clear skies, pleasant and lows near 56.

Friday: Most sunny and warmer. Highs near 84. There is a slight chance of storms for folks in the Sweetwater area among others out west later in the day.

This weekend will bring a chance of showers and storms area-wide with highs near 83 Saturday and 77 on Easter Sunday.
