New Counseling Therapy and Educational Center in Eastland County

By: Bob Bartlett
Updated: April 10, 2012
The Myrtle Wilks community will open a counseling therapy and educational center this Thursday. Doctor James Sulliman of Abilene will be directing the center. He has specialized in individual marriage and family therapy during his many years in Abilene.

"Dr. Sulliman has forty years of experience in therapy and counseling and there's really not anything like that here so we thought we would bring him in to serve the citizens of Eastland county.  We'll be operating on a sliding scale basis, it will be affordable for anybody," said Administrator Levi Goode.

Fees for the service will range from one dollar to one hundred twenty five dollars per person, depending on their financial situation.

Residents can call the Myrtle Wilks Community Center to make an appointment. They are open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
