ACU Grad Student No Longer in Critical Condition

An ACU student who was critically injured when his scooter crashed with a vehicle has been upgraded from critical to serious condition.

According to his girlfriend, Justin Gibson is no longer in a coma, and is still recovering.

Gibson was employed by Chicken Express on East North Tenth Street in Abilene, who are now raising money to help him with medical expenses.

The restaurant says it will donate 10 percent of its net profits from Sunday, April 23 until Sunday, April 30.
