AYSA to Host Youth Basketball Tournaments

For the eighth straight year the Abilene Youth Sports Authority (AYSA) will host three Prime Time Sports Youth Basketball Tournaments in Abilene.

The Abilene Spring Shootout is scheduled for next weekend, April 21-22 at local gyms. Teams can still enter this tournament by registering online at www.primetimesportz.com by Tuesday, April 17.

Prime Time Sports is a national tournament organization that conducts qualifying tournaments across the country. Qualifying teams will participate with over 800 other teams at the national tournament held in the Dallas area at the end of July.

Tournament divisions include boys and girls teams, grades 3-12. AYSA expects 25-30 teams from across West Texas to be competing in the Spring Shootout next weekend.
