Overnight showers have already cleared the area, making way for another gorgeous and sun-filled day. As we approach the late afternoon and early evening hours, some isolated thunderstorms may spark up once again out to our west. Highs will continue to reach into the low to mid 80's, but it's going to be a breezy one out there with winds coming out of the south at 15-25 mph, gusting up to 35 mph in some areas.

We do have an approaching cold front that will really kick up some winds and rain chances this weekend, especially for Saturday night and into Sunday morning. This system will also bring some cooler air and pleasant conditions behind it. We're talking about finally getting back into those mid 70's!
