6 Big Country Boys Named To TABC All-State Team

6 Big Country boys basketball players are mentioned on the Texas Association Basketball Coaches All-State team.

Will Bryant is mentioned in Class 2A. The 6'6" Bryant helped lead Jim Ned to the Regional finals where the Rangers lost to Idalou in 2012.

Dee Paul is the only Big Country basketball player on the Class A Div. I team. Paul and the Moguls advanced to the regional semifinals.

Throckmorton landed 2 players on the TABC Class A Div. II team. Guard Tucker Brown and post Gray Farquhar were honored. Brown and Farquhar helped lead the Greyhounds to the 3rd round of the playoffs.

State champion Abilene Christian High School's Ben George and Bryton Fernandez were named to the TABC All-State team today. George set a state record for steals in a season.  Fernandez led ACHS in scoring with 12 points a game.
