Cooper Baseball Falls to Central, losing streak at 3

The Cooper Cougars losing streak slid to three games on Tuesday afternoon with an 8-5 loss to The Central Bobcats.

The Cooper Cougars were trying to turn things around before on Tuesday afternoon before they got left behind. Cooper trying to snap a 2-game losing streak against San Angelo Central

In the first inning, The Bobcats were threatening with big Brock Barger at the plate. He lifted this one high and deep to left and that gave Central a 1-0 lead.

But then in the bottom of the 2nd, David Routt with the hit and run, he executed it perfectly and Brennan Taylor went from 1st to third to set the cougars up nicely.

Then Ethan Jaques layed down a beautiful sacrafice bunt to score Taylor and that knotted  the game at one a piece.

And Cooper fell to Central by the final of 8 to 5 making it 3 loses in a row for the Cougars.
