- You MUST bring your child's immunization records to these clinics. 
- Shots will not be given without a complete shot record.    
- No appointment needed.  Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Must be "Texas Vaccine for Children" eligible*.
- (American Indian or Alaskan Native, no insurance, CHIP, Medicaid, or insurance that does not pay for vaccines)
- Immunization events subject to change due to vaccine availability and/or weather conditions
