Witness Sees Burglar Escaping

Thanks to a witness, a burglar was caught.

Someone spotted Larry Oliver leaving the scene of a break-in in the 700 block of Hickory.

When police pulled him over a few blocks away, he was found with hundreds of dollars worth of tools he took from the business.

He was charged with burglary of a building and failing to identify himself.
