Man Who Escaped Taylor Co. Jail Work Crew Bus Indicted

A man who escaped from a Taylor County Jail work crew bus is headed to trial.

Dennis Ingle, Jr. jumped out of the rear emergency door of the bus just as it was returning to the jail last December.

He ran from the area and hid in a wooded area near the jail before an APD K-9 tracked him down after a two hour search.

Ingle was indicted on an escape charge and two theft charges.
