School Bus Collides with Pickup in North Abilene

An AISD school bus was involved in a collision this afternoon at North Fourth and Cedar.
Officials from the Abilene Fire Department say the bus t-boned into the passenger side of a pickup truck.
The bus was carrying two students on its regular route when officials say they believe one of the drivers went through a red light.
There were no injuries, but a representative from AISD went to the scene and parents of the students were notified.
The bus suffered minor damage, and the truck suffered some heavy damage.
