Work Remains to Be Done 1 Year After Easter Hailstorm

Updated: April 24, 2012
It's officially been one year to the date since last year's destructive Easter hailstorm.

While most people have taken care of property damage sustained during the storm, others are still working on repairs.

The Better Business Bureau has remained busy answering questions and taking business complaints.

While complaints have gone down compared to this time last year, many inquires are still being made to the BBB.

"Well we're still getting quite a number of inquiries about roofing contractors because I think there's still work to be done," says BBB President Steve Abel. "There's still other people that need roofs replaced and they haven't got them replaced yet."

Last year most people didn't start receiving repairs until June due to processing the high volume of insurance claims in our area.
