Today's record high is 99 degrees and we could match or break that record today with highs expected to soar near triple digits. Sunny and breezy conditions can also be expected.  Unfortunately winds will increase their speeds on Thursday and fires could a be a problem through the rest of the work week.  Then, the weekend offers a little relief from the heat as temperatures drop below 90s and rain chances arrive Saturday night.
