Near record heat is expected today, as we'll look to tie the old record of 99 set in 1943. Expect sunny skies and breezy southwest winds at 15-25 mph.

Tonight will be clear, warm and breezy, with lows near 70.

The 90s will continue for the rest of the work week. Highs on Thursday will get up to the mid to upper 90s and lower 90s by Friday, as skies will remain mostly clear.

More moisture will work into the area by the weekend, increasing our cloud cover. Mid to upper 80s are expected for highs on Saturday in advance of our next cold front.

Slight rain chances begin by Sunday with a cold front trying to move through. Expect highs in the upper 70s and lows in the mid 60s Sunday through the start of next week.
