FBI Takes Over Investigation of Crop Duster Shooting

Federal investigators have taken sole responsibility in the case of a crop duster shooting in Coleman County.

The FBI has taken over the case of a landowner that is accused of shooting at a crop duster flying overhead in March.

They're currently awaiting word from the attorney general on whether or not the shooter will be indicted.

The owner of the plane says including lost time, there's been over $300,000 worth of damage.

No arrests have been made.
