Kiwanis Club Hosts 63rd Annual Pancake Day

Volunteers whipped up and served iHop pancakes all day long for the Kiwanis Club Of Abilene's 63rd Annual Pancake Day at the Civic Center.

The event featured live music, a silent auction and plenty of food. All of the funds from the main fundraiser for the club goes towards awards and activities that make the Kiwanis Club possible In Abilene.

"We utilize the funds for this to pay for  services to children, scholarships, that kind of stuff. All of the things that the Kiwanis club of Abilene does within our community," said Kiwanis president elect Randy Williams.
