2 Hospitalized After Accident in Brownwood

A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Southside Drive and Roselawn sent two to the hospital Friday evening.

The accident was reported around 6:40 when a car and a Dodge Durango collided in the intersection, forcing the Durango to strike a telephone pole.

Both vehicles sustained major damage and were towed from the scene.

Undisclosed injuries forced two people to Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Brownwood Police, Brownwood Fire Department, and Guardian EMS responded to the scene.
