Man Who Died in Fisher Co. Well Laid to Rest

One of the young men killed in a work-related accident in Fisher County last week was laid to rest this afternoon.

Funeral services for Jeremy Claxton were held a today at First Baptist Church in Roby.
 
Family members say Claxton went down into a well to try to rescue a friend when he became overwhelmed by some kind of fumes.

Visitation for the second victim, Nick Walker will be tonight at 8:00 at Cate Spencer and Trent Funeral Home in Sweetwater.
 
Walker's funeral will be tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 at Sweetwater First Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Sweetwater Funeral Home.

Both young men were 2011 graduates of Roby High School.
 
A preliminary autopsy has already been completed, and Fisher County Sheriff J.A. Robinson says results from the actual autopsy will be completed soon.
