Over one month has passed, and there has still been no identification made to the remains discovered in Big Spring.

The Big Spring Police Department says they are still waiting for information.

The remains were discovered by a worker at a facility near the Big Spring Airport.

So far, investigators have only been able to determine that the remains were that of an older man.

If I do recall there was an elderly man that went missing from lake sweetwater years ago that was never found. I don't recall the name but his picture was on a billboard on I-20 for several years. Just wondering if this could be him.
