Prairie Dogs Sign 2 and Release 2

Ochoa split last season between the Joliet Slammers of the independent Frontier League and the Alpine Cowboys of the semi-pro Pecos League. He hit a combined .368 with nine home runs, 41 RBIs in 54 games.
Ochoa, 24, is entering his third professional season with a career .357 batting average, 17 homers and 79 RBIs in 91 games.
Glad is becoming a pitcher after spending his whole career as an infielder/outfielder. He split last season between the San Angelo Colts and in the Minnesota Twins organization with the Class A Beloit Snappers of the Midwest League.
Glad began his career with the Rookie Ball Elizabethton Twins of the Appalachian League in 2010. The 25-year-old is entering his third pro season with a career. As a hitter, he had a .210 batting average with five home runs and 27 RBIs in 87 games.
In order to make room for Ochoa and Glad on the spring training roster, the Prairie Dogs cut ties with Rossignol and Giles.
Rossignol signed with the Prairie Dogs on January 29 after splitting last season between the Sioux City Explorers of the independent American Association and the Roswell Invaders of the semi-pro Pecos League.
Giles was acquired in a trade with the Colts on February 3. He played for the Colts, Chico Outlaws and Invaders last season.
