You may not have realized while drinking your morning orange juice that you were celebrating a holiday.
May 4th marks National Orange Juice Day. Florida is one of the biggest cheerleaders, of course, since that's where most of America's O.J. comes from. The Florida Department of Citris brags that orange juice is packed with vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C, that enhance iron absorption, improve circulation, and may help reduce the risk of heart disase.
